# FAQ

> Answers to the questions new Guhan users ask most.

## Getting started

> [accordion] Do I need Sales Navigator?
>
> No. Finding prospects doesn't use your LinkedIn account, so a regular LinkedIn account is enough for sending.

> [accordion] Is there a free trial, and do I need a card?
>
> There's a 7-day trial. No credit card required to start — subscribe from Settings → Billing anytime to continue past the trial. See [Plans and credits](https://docs.outzen.ai/workspace-settings/plans-and-credits.md).

> [accordion] Can I use a personal Gmail or Outlook account?
>
> Yes, you can connect Gmail and Outlook accounts as senders. See [Connect email](https://docs.outzen.ai/get-started/sender-accounts/connect-email.md).

> [accordion] Why isn't my Campaign sending?
>
> Campaigns start as drafts. Nothing sends until you launch the Campaign, it has a sequence, and it has a connected sender. See [Launch and manage](https://docs.outzen.ai/campaigns/launch-and-manage.md).

> [accordion] Can I import my own prospects?
>
> Yes. Upload a CSV from **Import leads** on the Prospects page (or **Import → Import CSV** inside a List) and map your columns. You can choose to enrich the profiles after upload, which costs credits per profile. Uploads are limited by your active-prospect cap. See [Import leads](https://docs.outzen.ai/audience/import-leads.md).

> [accordion] Can I add prospects I already have to another list?
>
> Yes. On the Prospects page, filter to the people you want, select them (or choose **Select all N matching your filters**) and click **Add to list**. Pick a list that isn't fed by a search or signal, or create a new one. If an active Campaign uses that list, the people you add are enrolled in it automatically. See [Add people to a List](https://docs.outzen.ai/audience/prospects.md#add-people-to-a-list).

## Sending and account safety

> [accordion] Will my LinkedIn account get restricted?
>
> Guhan sends within daily caps on each sender account and spaces messages out, which keeps activity in a normal range. Raising caps or narrowing your sending window increases risk. See [Sending safety](https://docs.outzen.ai/campaigns/sending-safety.md).

> [accordion] Can I use my main LinkedIn account?
>
> Yes. Sends come from the account you connect, under your name.

> [accordion] What if my account gets restricted or disconnected?
>
> Guhan pauses sends from that account and shows a banner. Resolve it with the platform if needed, then reconnect the account under **Settings → Sender accounts**.

> [accordion] How many senders can I connect?
>
> One per license, on any channel, plus any extra-sender add-ons. See [Plans and credits](https://docs.outzen.ai/workspace-settings/plans-and-credits.md).

## Messages and personalization

> [accordion] Does Guhan use my brand voice?
>
> Yes. AI-drafted messages use your Brand & Voice tone and your "never include" list, along with your product and the prospect's profile. See [Brand & Voice](https://docs.outzen.ai/brand-and-voice/overview.md).

> [accordion] Can I write the exact message myself?
>
> Yes. A step can use a **Fixed message**, which sends your text with variables like the prospect's name filled in. Fixed messages aren't AI-drafted, so they don't cost an AI-message credit. A step can also be **Guided**, where you steer the draft, or **Auto-draft**.

> [accordion] Can I review messages before they send?
>
> Yes. On a step, turn on **Require approval before sending**. The draft goes to your Inbox tasks and nothing sends until you approve it.

> [accordion] Can Guhan write in another language?
>
> Set **Preferred language** in Brand & Voice. Options include several English variants, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese (Brazil), Dutch, Italian, and Japanese.

## Prospects and finding them

> [accordion] Where do prospects come from?
>
> Guhan's managed data sources. It never searches from your personal LinkedIn account.

> [accordion] Do rejected prospects cost credits?
>
> Yes. Finding prospects is charged for each profile a watch returns, before Guhan checks fit, so a prospect that doesn't match your filters still costs one credit. Tighter filters on the source mean fewer wasted profiles. See [Plans and credits](https://docs.outzen.ai/workspace-settings/plans-and-credits.md).

> [accordion] How do I get work emails or phone numbers?
>
> Guhan reveals them when a step needs them, or you can turn them on in enrichment settings. A work email costs 4 credits and a phone number 12, charged only when one is found.

> [accordion] Can I add people straight from LinkedIn?
>
> Yes, with the Guhan Chrome extension. It works inside LinkedIn: tick people in a search or in your connections, followers and following, or add someone from their profile, and see who's already in Guhan. See [Chrome extension](https://docs.outzen.ai/chrome-extension/overview.md).

> [accordion] Does the Chrome extension work on Sales Navigator?
>
> Yes, on Sales Navigator people searches. You get the same checkboxes, bar and bulk import as on LinkedIn's own search, up to 2,500 people in one import. Lead pages, account searches and saved lists aren't supported. You need your own Sales Navigator subscription. See [Searches and imports](https://docs.outzen.ai/chrome-extension/searches-and-imports.md#sales-navigator).

> [accordion] Does the Chrome extension send anything on LinkedIn?
>
> No. It only reads the page you're on, and adds its own drawer, checkboxes and buttons to it. It never sends messages, invites, comments or follows. Everything you send goes out from Guhan through your sender accounts, within their sending limits.

> [accordion] Can I block people or companies?
>
> Yes. Block email addresses and domains under **Settings → Do-Not-Contact list**, or use **Block** on a company. See [Do not contact](https://docs.outzen.ai/workspace-settings/do-not-contact.md).

> [accordion] Guhan found far more prospects than I can handle
>
> Tighten the filters on the List's signal sources, such as narrower titles, a smaller company size range, or a stricter signal. You can also pause a source.

## Billing and credits

> [accordion] What costs credits?
>
> Finding, enriching, and writing cost credits. Sending is free. The full table is on [Plans and credits](https://docs.outzen.ai/workspace-settings/plans-and-credits.md).

> [accordion] What happens if I run out?
>
> Actions that spend credits are refused until you buy a pack or your next cycle starts. See [Plans and credits](https://docs.outzen.ai/workspace-settings/plans-and-credits.md).

> [accordion] Do credits roll over?
>
> Monthly credits don't. Credits from packs last 12 months and are spent after your monthly credits.

> [accordion] How do I cancel?
>
> Admins can cancel from the Subscription tab on **Settings → Billing**. You keep access until the end of the trial or paid period.

> [accordion] How do I get a refund or billing help?
>
> Email [hello@guhan.ai](mailto:hello@guhan.ai) with your workspace name and the invoice in question.

## Teams

> [accordion] Can I invite teammates?
>
> Yes, up to one member per license. Invite from **Settings → Team** and pick a role. See [Roles and permissions](https://docs.outzen.ai/workspace-settings/roles-and-permissions.md).

> [accordion] Can teammates share a sender account?
>
> Each sender has one owner. Admins can reassign ownership.

> [accordion] Can I have separate workspaces?
>
> Yes. An org admin can enable multiple workspaces under **Settings → Workspace & advanced**. Each workspace has its own senders, prospects, and billing.

## Meetings

> [accordion] Does Guhan work with Cal.com and Calendly?
>
> Yes. Add your booking link under **Settings → Calendars**. See [Calendar integrations](https://docs.outzen.ai/meetings/calendar-integrations.md).

> [accordion] Can Guhan book a meeting without me?
>
> Meeting requests always go to a person. The prospect then picks a time from your booking link.
