> ## Documentation Index > Fetch the complete documentation index at: https://docs.outzen.ai/llms.txt > Use this file to discover all available pages before exploring further. # Inbox > One place for every reply and every decision Guhan needs from you, across LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp. **The Inbox shows every conversation your campaigns have started, and puts the ones that need you at the top.** Guhan reads each incoming reply, works out what it means, and either handles it, pauses the sequence, or hands the thread to you. You open the Inbox to deal with what is waiting, not to sort through everything. ## What you'll see The Inbox is a two-pane view: a list of conversations on the left, the open conversation on the right. > [card] Needs you > > Conversations with something waiting on a person: a draft to approve, a thread to take over, a meeting request, or a choice to make. > [card] Active > > Conversations in motion where nothing is waiting on you right now. > [card] Resolved > > Closed conversations. A new reply from the prospect reopens the thread automatically. > [card] Filters > > Switch between **Mine** and **Team** (Team needs permission to view everyone's conversations), pick a channel tab (All, Email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp), or search by prospect name. The conversation is yours to write. | | **Decide** | Guhan needs you to pick between a few options. | | **Schedule** | The prospect wants to meet. You send a booking link. | | **FYI** | Something happened that needs no action. Acknowledge it and move on. | The right pane shows the full thread for that prospect, with a marker on the last message if a decision is pending. If the same person is also in a conversation on another channel, buttons at the top of the thread let you jump across. ## How replies reach you Guhan sorts every reply into one of seven kinds. What happens next depends on the kind and on your [reply policy](https://docs.outzen.ai/inbox/ai-reply-drafts.md#reply-policy). | What the prospect said | What Guhan does | | - | - | | Interested | Hands the thread to you, or drafts a reply, depending on your reply policy. | | Asked for a meeting | Always hands it to a person. Never answered automatically. | | Asked a question | Hands the thread to you, or drafts a reply, depending on your reply policy. | | Said no | Stops the sequence for that prospect. | | Asked to unsubscribe | Stops the sequence for that prospect. | | Out of office | Pauses the sequence for 7 days, then resumes. | | Not now | Pauses the sequence for 30 days, then resumes, and leaves you a note in the Inbox. | If Guhan is not confident that a reply is a "no" or an unsubscribe, it does not stop anything. It hands the thread to you instead, because stopping a sequence cannot be undone. > [!NOTE] > > Bounced emails never show up as replies. A message sent to the same account outside a campaign will not appear.
