# Meet Guhan, your AI SDR

> Guhan runs your outbound — it finds prospects, drafts personalized messages across LinkedIn, Email, and WhatsApp, handles replies, and books meetings for your team.

Guhan is an **AI SDR**: a Sales Development Representative that runs the outbound workflow for your sales team. You brief it on your business, point it at the people you want to reach, and it does the repetitive work — finding prospects, researching each one, writing the messages, following up, and sorting the replies. You step in where judgment matters.

## The workflow in one line

**Set up your business context → import leads → run a Campaign → handle replies → book meetings.**

**1. Set up your business context**

In **Brand & Voice**, tell Guhan how you sound and what you sell. Everything Guhan writes is shaped by this context, so the more specific you are, the more your messages sound like someone who understands the buyer's problem.

**2. Import leads**

On the Prospects page, click Import leads. Find people with search criteria or a buying signal, upload a CSV, or add someone by hand. They are added to a List.

**3. Run a Campaign**

A Campaign takes one or more Lists and runs a sequence of steps across LinkedIn, Email, and WhatsApp. Guhan drafts each message for each person.

**4. Handle replies**

Replies arrive in your Inbox. Guhan classifies them, and depending on your reply rules either escalates, drafts a response for approval, or answers automatically. Meeting requests always go to a person.

**5. Book meetings**

Connect a calendar and Guhan shares your booking link. Booked meetings show up under Meetings.

## Who it's for

Founders and sales teams selling to a defined buyer. You can get started if you can answer three questions:

1. **Who is your ideal customer?** For example, "VP of Sales at SaaS companies in the US."
2. **What tells you they might be ready to buy?** For example, "raised funding" or "posted about hiring SDRs."
3. **What do you offer them?** A short statement of the problem you solve.

To onboard, you only need your **website URL**. Guhan reads your site and drafts the rest for you to review.

## Your workspace at a glance

The sidebar follows the workflow: **Home**, **Inbox**, **Meetings**, **Campaigns**, **Prospects**, **Lists**, and **Brand & Voice**, with **Workspace settings** under System. Home is your daily snapshot; the rest is where the work happens.
